We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer or, if applicable, to a nearby pickup location.

Please note: Our products ship from international warehouses, so delivery times may vary depending on local postal services after the order enters your country.


Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Important Notice About Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier logistics or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds or returns outside our standard return and exchange policy.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order delivery times may differ from those listed above. If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.


Damaged Packages

If your tracking indicates that the package was delivered but it arrived damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for damages that occur during transit.


Stolen Packages

If your package was marked as delivered but is missing or was stolen, please report the issue directly to the carrier.
We are not liable for stolen shipments.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
We are not obligated to issue a refund if an incorrect address was submitted.


Uncollected Packages

If you do not collect your package from the pickup location or refuse delivery, it does not count as a return.
You must retrieve your package and follow our standard return instructions if you wish to return an item. Our return policy does not apply to uncollected or refused packages.


Order Tracking

You can track your shipment via our tracking page or directly on the carrier’s website. A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
